Cycle Malawi 2011

Once again EMMS International are taking a ride through the wonderful country of Malawi - the "Warm Heart of Africa".
This year we are again heading north, and ending at the David Gordon Memorial Hospital at Livingstonia. It is for the DGM that we hope to raise £50,000 to help them develop their capacity - that is refurbishment, staff development to make the most of their new diagnostic facilities and improving their outreach facilities at local clinics.
On the way we will visit Embagweni, to see what has been done with the funds raised in 2009, and Ekwendeni, funded by the 2005 ride.
The mixture of glorious countryside, lovely people and real warm fellowship togather with an opportunity to see the needs and how the money is spent give our rides a very special nature and we hope that you will want to join us.
