28th August 2011 sees Ireland's biggest cycling event - Lap the Lough 2011. For their website click here.

This year we hope to enter a team. So if you'd like to be sponsored for an 81 mile ride around Lough Neagh and to join our team please get in touch with Mike at EMMS.

Last year we had a trial run of this and it was a great day out. There is a fantastic atmosphere and the ride had people of all abilities on it.

The entrance fee, payable to Lap the Lough, is £30. If you are being sponsored then we will provide you with a yellow T shirt for you troubles. Go on, give it a go!
