Instead of paying for your will you will be asked to make a donation to Will Relief Scotland, a consortium of which EMMS International is a member.

This September many Scottish solicitors are generously offering their services to raise as much money as possible for the Will Relief charities.
In return for drawing up your Will, your solicitor will ask that you make a donation to Will Relief Scotland instead. You are invited to make a donation at the suggested rate of

£70 for a single will
£95 for mirror wills
£35 for a codicil

Whilst drafting your will you could also consider making a legacy to EMMS International, to bring a lasting change to the lives of people in real need.
A Will is the only way to guarantee that your estate is distributed as you wish and helps avoid expensive inheritance tax duties.
