The Health Tech Award
The United Nations is observing International Women’s Day 2024 under the theme “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”, recognising and celebrating the women and girls who are championing the advancement of transformative technology and digital education.

The World Health Organisation states that, "Strategic and innovative use of digital and cutting-edge information and communications technologies will be an essential enabling factor towards ensuring that 1 billion more people benefit from universal health coverage, that 1 billion more people are better protected from health emergencies, and that 1 billion more people enjoy better health and well-being."
This award recognises a woman who is making waves in the health tech industry and paving the way for others to join her.
