Vacancy: Fundraising Manager

We're looking for someone with fundraising knowledge and experience to help deliver on our fundraising ambitions. The focus is on being part of the EMMS family, taking the charity to new income generating heights and enjoying your work.

Salary: c. £40,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time (4 days considered) and permanent

Location: Home-based with Edinburgh office and regular face to face team meetings.

Closing date: Sunday 11th October 2026

This is a newly created role for EMMS which is designed to drive forward several income channels, including individual, regular and community giving, as well as Appeals. Working closely with our recently appointed Director of Fundraising, Vanessa Rhazali and our Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy, Steven McManus, this is a great opportunity to learn from two experienced fundraising professionals.

You will bring fundraising knowledge and experience to this role so that you can help deliver on EMMS's fundraising ambitions. You'll be supported in bedding this role into the organisation and can be assured of a "One Team" approach to achieving fundraising targets. The focus is on being part of the EMMS family, taking the charity to new income generating heights and enjoying your work ,so only pursue this opportunity if you are a real team player with the required energy, drive and determination!

You will need to be based in Scotland to be considered for these roles.
