EMMS International is recruiting new trustees

EMMS International is seeking new trustees to join our Board and help guide the organisation in its mission to improve healthcare and strengthen communities around the world.

We are looking for people who share our values and can bring insight, experience, and commitment to the charity's governance. Trustees have legal responsibility for the charity’s management and administration, and the role is both rewarding and significant. In line with what is typical for UK charities, the commitment includes participation in quarterly Board meetings, held online or in person, preparation for those meetings, and participation in a sub-committee or other occasional governance activity.

We are seeking people with skills and experience that can help strengthen and grow EMMS International. We’re particularly interested to hear from people with experience in fundraising, international development, safeguarding, and communications and marketing. However, we'd love to hear from anyone who feels they have the time and experience to contribute to our growing organisation. We add members on a rolling basis and we are flexible about when new trustees begin.

If you are interested in finding out more, please write to Chair@emms.orgby 20 April 2026. We would be delighted to hear from you.
