Vacancy: Head of Communications

The Head of Comms will suit someone who brings significant experience, especially in the digital marketing and engagement field, and who is looking for a rewarding career where they are involved in a life-enhancing and life-saving mission to help people in under-served communities.

Salary: c. £50,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time and permanent (flexible working)

Location: Home-based with Edinburgh office and regular face to face team meetings.

This role is central to EMMS' strategy for growth. You will work under a highly

experienced Director of Communications and operate as a team of two, shaping and

delivering a new brand and website for the charity. You will be heavily involved in all

communications functions: advocacy, public affairs, digital engagement, fundraising,

internal comms and campaigns.

This will be an enormously exciting and rewarding position for someone who brings

significant experience, especially in the digital marketing and engagement field, and
